Ron has thirty-plus years of learning and applying operational excellence, business process improvement, lean six sigma, change management, high performing teams, and lean supply chain. This fact frustrates Ron and as a result led him to develop the Four-Phase Transformation Methodology and R.E.S.U.L.T.S. change management framework.
